一、為提高國際生畢業後留臺就業比率，教育部辦理「大專校院國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫」，本校依核定計畫持續辦理補助作業。

二、請各院系踴躍提出申請「國際生留臺就業輔導專業化計畫」之經費補助

(一)時程規劃

1. 各院系線上申請114(2)補助案：115年3月2日(一)至115年3月9日(一)

2. 公告通過補助名單：115年3月13日(五)

3. 繳交114(2)成果報告並辦理核銷：115年6月15日(一)

(二)申請方式

1.填寫申請表(附件1)，請參考114學年度留臺計畫介紹簡報（附件2）及申請表範例（附件3）填寫。

2.單位主管簽核。

3.線上申請：填寫申請資料，上傳申請表掃描檔案，紙本申請表不需送至國際處。

三、本處將於115年3月13日(五)公告通過補助名單及核銷相關事項。

Description:

1.To increase the post-graduation employment rate of international students in Taiwan, the Ministry of Education has implemented the "Professionalization Project for International Students' Employment Guidance in Higher Education." Tamkang University has successfully applied for and received subsidies under this project.

2.All colleges and departments are encouraged to submit funding applications for the "Professionalization Project for International Students' Employment Guidance in Higher Education."

(1) Schedule

A. Online Application Period: Monday, March 2, 2026 – Monday, March 9, 2026.

B. Announcement of Approved Subsidies: Friday, March 13, 2026.

C. Submission of Achievement Reports and Expense Reimbursement: By Monday, June 15, 2026.

(2) Application Process

A. Complete the Application Form (Attachment 1): Please refer to the 2025 Project Introduction Presentation (Attachment 2) and the Example Application Form (Attachment 3).

B. Unit supervisor's approval is required.

C. Online Submission: Complete the application details online and upload a scanned copy of the signed application form. Physical copies do not need to be submitted to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs.

3. The Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs will announce the list of approved subsidies and reimbursement instructions on Friday, March 13, 2026.
